This LEAVEN grant is the first grant implementing continuous improvement as a result of the POINT poverty initiative.
LEAVEN developed an AIM of reducing recidivism by increasing the number of completed referrals to community agencies. POINT tests showed a significant
increase in successful referrals to on-site partners.
