To implement E3, a comprehensive school-based mental health program led by a group of mental health providers in Hortonville Area School District.

- All 4,000 K-12 students at Hortonville Area School District will be offered a mental health screening in 2017-18 school year and connected to appropriate
care. - 76% decrease in disciplinary referrals for E3 students last year.
- 42% decrease in absenteeism for E3 students last year.
