Volunteer Registration is Now Closed

Thank you  to the 235 volunteers helping to execute the nation’s single largest charitable event dedicated to ending poverty.

We are working with ThedaCare and the CDC in order to keep all attendees safe. At this time, we plan to have rapid COVID testing available at the Welcome Reception, Thornberry, Wander Springs, and Van Abels for admittance to the VIP & dinner program at Van Abels. To avoid onsite testing, you can show a PCR test results sheet (available at local pharmacies), if dated by Sunday, August 8 OR if you show proof of vaccination. We also ask if you are experiencing symptoms that you refrain from attending in-person.

  • WELCOME RECEPTION

    The Welcome Reception is held late Tuesday afternoon the night before the outing. Volunteers help with registration.

  • GOLF COURSES

    The golf outing is held on Wednesday at 6 golf courses. Volunteers help ensure golfers are having a great time and assist with registration, food, monitoring Par 3 holes and course games.

  • VIP & DINNER PROGRAM

    The VIP & Dinner Program is held Wednesday evening at Van Abel’s of Hollandtown. Volunteers help 1,200 attendees with door security, registration, VIP event with guest of honor, dinner seating and auction.
